Gomersal & Cleckheaton Football Club (“The Club”, "we", "our", "us") take your privacy very seriously. Our Privacy Notice sets out how we use and look after the personal information we collect from you.
We are the data controller, responsible for the processing of any personal data you give us. We take reasonable care to keep your information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access to or use of it.
Data policy
Gomersal & Cleckheaton Football Club (“the Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”) handle personal data for current, former, and on occasion prospective players and their parents or guardians, volunteers, Committee members, other Club officials, County FA Officials, League officials, referees, coaches, managers, third parties, suppliers, and any other individuals that we communicate with. In your official capacity with the Club, you may process personal data on our behalf and we will process personal data about you. We recognise the need to treat all personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Terms and Conditions
Gomersal & Cleckheaton Football Club (“the Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”) have Codes of Conduct which are to be respected by all players and their parents or guardians, volunteers, Committee members, other Club officials, coaches, managers, and any other individuals that represent the Club. Any concerns regarding the safety of children playing at the Club should be brought to the Club's attention in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy and Procedures. Any other complaints will be covered by our Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures, both of which can be found in the Policies and Procedures section of this website.
There are Rules for Players and Rules for Managers & Coaches, along with Team Management Procedures, Financial Rules and the Club Constitution, all of which can be accessed from the Policies and Procedures section once the member has logged in to this website.
