To register a new player, we recommend using the free Pitchero Club App. Alternatively, you can complete the process through the Pitchero website. The process normally takes around 10 minutes.

Please note: During the registration process you'll be asked to provide information required to register your child with the Club. Your Age Group Manager will contact you separately if any additional information or documentation is required to complete your child's registration with the relevant league and The FA.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

Your contact details.
Your child's details.
Your bank account details.

We recommend using the free Pitchero Club App, which you can download by scanning the QR code below or by searching for Pitchero Club in the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Alternatively, you can complete the process through the Pitchero website.

Step 1 – Create your Pitchero account
Step 2 – Join Gomersal & Cleckheaton FC
Step 3 – Complete membership details
Step 4 – Pay your registration fee

Parents and Guardians

Please create your account using your own details (not your child's). You'll be able to add your child during the registration process.

Players aged 18 or over

Please create your account using your own details and apply for the Player role.

Step 1 – Create Your Pitchero Account

Open the Pitchero Club App or visit the Pitchero website and create your account using your own details.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account registration.

Step 2 – Join Gomersal & Cleckheaton FC

Once your account has been created:

Parents and guardians should apply for the Parent role and add their child(ren).
Players aged 18 or over should apply for the Player role.

Your request will be sent to the relevant Age Group Manager for approval.

You'll receive a notification through the Pitchero Club App or by email once your request has been approved.

Step 3 – Complete Membership Details

Once your request has been approved, complete the remaining membership details using the Pitchero Club App or the Pitchero website.

Parents and guardians should complete their own membership details and then complete the membership details for each child they have registered.
Players aged 18 or over should complete their own membership details.

Step 4 – Purchase Your Player Registration

Once you've completed your membership details, visit the Club Shop in the Pitchero Club App or on the Pitchero website and purchase the appropriate Player Registration for each child you are registering.

Players aged 18 or over should purchase their own Player Registration.

What's Next?

Once you've completed your registration and paid your registration fee, your Age Group Manager will contact you (if they haven't already) if any further information or documentation is required before your child's registration can be completed with the relevant league and The FA.
